Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and tidy. Central location. Pool bar is an issue - you are not allowed to bring in your own food and drink and they advise you they are watching this on CCTV but then do not staff the bar and expect you to go looking for them - what are you meant to do? The wall at the top of the pool area is also crumbling - there is rubbish strewn over it.

Unfortunately I can't give 5 stars. The hotel is in an ideal place, old but neat. The insulation between the rooms is non-existent, so guests who make noise until 5 am are not allowing you to sleep, and no one from the hotel warns them to reduce noise. Otherwise, kudos to the staff (young guys on reception and cleaning lady).

The staff doesn’t know a lil’ bit english. It’s very difficult to communicate with them. I struggled a looooot to explain to them that the mini-bar doesn’t feeze the drinks inside. The undestood that I didn’t undestand that those drinks cost, omg. Finally.. a hotel employee came and opened the mini-bar and closed it back :)) that man also expected tips .. for nothiiiing. We didn’t have any cold drinks during the whole one-week stay. The breakfast was fine. Different food, drinks.. for all tastes. The maid cleans. She deserve tips. I tried to get a room with sea view but I didn’t get one. I still don’t know how to get one. Initially, I tried to talk to the agency I went with and they told me that I have to talk to the hotel because it seems to them that all the rooms are standard. From other comments read about the hotel, I understood that some clients received such a room without specifically asking for it. Interesting. I will definitely not come again. Thanks.

The pictures are took at early morning just before sunrise form the room balcony. The room is neat and clean. The staff are friendly. Restaurants have very nice harbor view. Totally recommend.

Lovely hotel, fantastic location close to Cleopatra beach, the harbour, Antalya castle, red tower and loads of restaurants. Hotel has a lovely pool, rooms are all clean and well kept. Could do with duvets or sheets on the bed rather than a blanket as it was quite scratchy. Would be good if they had water or other soft drinks for sale in the shop

Really liked our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The shower pressure wasn’t the best but apart from that everything else was great. Walking distance from KizilKule and the docking area where you can join a cruise tour.

The room was clean in general , the staff was friendly. Breakfast was also good. Sea view from the room and the balcony was amazing. While it is winter , it is actually mediterranean winter time which is far away from real winter , but in the room only heating system is working and even with opening the window room was still abit warm and humide (in addition to all the noises you get from the window. WiFi is extremely poor in my room
